SHIPPING OPTIONS Delivery is carried out via our shipping and logistics partner DHL. Orders are currently only shipped within Germany. The wines are shipped in high-quality packaging to ensure that your orders arrive safely and undamaged. The bottles are shipped in cartons certified for wine shipping (carton size up to 6 bottles, depending on the number of bottles ordered).
SHIPPING COSTS The shipping costs for deliveries within Germany are 8.90 euros per package (including VAT). We offer free shipping nationwide for orders with a value of 100 euros or more.
AVAILABILITY & DELIVERY Incoming orders are processed in the order of receipt of the order or payment. We deliver as long as stocks last. This means we do not provide any delivery guarantee or guarantee of restocking of sold-out products. If an ordered wine is not available, we will inform you immediately. Any payments already received will be refunded to you. We deliver your ordered wines quickly and reliably. Together with DHL, we ensure that your order – unless otherwise stated in the offer – arrives within 2-4 working days after receipt of payment. Please note that no delivery takes place on Sundays and public holidays. After placing your order, you will receive an order confirmation and after shipping your package, a shipping confirmation. The shipping confirmation usually contains a tracking number that you can use to track your shipment.
YOUTH PROTECTION THROUGH AGE VERIFICATION In accordance with youth protection laws, we do not deliver alcoholic beverages to minors. Upon delivery, our delivery partner checks whether the recipient is of legal age (over 18 years). Legal age is generally confirmed by presenting an identity card unless the minimum age is clearly reached due to external circumstances.
