The grapes for this Riesling were hand-picked in late November from sun-drenched hills. The white wine is then aged for 9 months in oak barrels, developing a unique bouquet of honey, peach, orange peel, freshly cut grass, and flowers. On the palate, it reveals its intense acidity and a distinct mineral taste.
