Cricova Ice Wine – Sweet White Liqueur Wine
Cricova Ice Wine is a sweet liqueur wine crafted using the traditional German Eiswein method, from naturally frozen Muscat Ottonel grapes. Harvested and pressed at –8 °C, the grapes yield a rich must that retains high sugar levels and intense aromas.
Color and Aroma:
Straw-colored, with vibrant floral notes and tropical fruit aromas typical of Muscat.
Taste:
Balanced and fresh, this wine offers a delicate sweetness, smooth texture, and refined finish.
Food Pairing Suggestions:
