Domeniile Vorniceni Cei Trei is a dry red blend born in the sunlit vineyards of Valul lui Traian, southern Moldova, a region known for its powerful yet elegant wines. Crafted from Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot, and Saperavi, this cuvée reflects both tradition and a modern winemaking style.

The wine reveals a deep ruby-purple color and a complex bouquet of blackcurrant, dried prunes, and forest berries, elegantly layered with subtle notes of toast, cacao, and gentle spice from oak aging. On the palate, it is full-bodied, well-balanced and harmonious, with black fruit flavors at the core. The tannins are soft and velvety, allowing the fruit and spice to shine through, while the finish is long, elegant, and satisfying.

Beyond its structure, Cei Trei is a wine that tells a story – a meeting point of three grape varieties that each bring their own character: the structure of Cabernet Sauvignon, the softness of Merlot, and the intensity of Saperavi.

Food pairing: Best enjoyed with aged hard cheeses, roasted or grilled red meats, and game dishes. Serve slightly aerated at 14–16 °C for at least 15 minutes before drinking to reveal its full spectrum of aromas.
