Divus ORNIS White 2021
Divus Winery ORNIS White 2021 is a remarkable white blend born in the prestigious IGP Ștefan Vodă region of Moldova. Created by combining the tradition and innovation of Divus Winery, this cuvée brings together three noble varieties: Sauvignon Blanc, Fetească Regală and Chardonnay. The wine was matured for 4 months in 500-liter oak barrels with bâtonnage, which gives it both complexity and elegance.
In the glass, it reveals a pale golden color with greenish reflections. The bouquet is intensely aromatic, unfolding layers of exotic fruits, ripe peaches, citrus zest, honey and toasted nuts. On the palate, it is refined and complex, balancing fruit depth with fresh acidity and subtle minerality. The finish is long, refreshing, and harmoniously structured.
This wine is an authentic expression of Moldova’s southern terroir, embodying both richness and finesse. Each sip tells the story of passion and precision in winemaking, making it a true delight for wine lovers.
Food pairing: ORNIS White pairs beautifully with seafood, grilled chicken, creamy pasta or fresh spring salads. Serve well-chilled at 8–10 °C to fully enjoy its lively character.
