Amurg Zero – Feteasca Albă Pas Dosé
Amurg Zero – Feteasca Albă Pas Dosé is a refined sparkling wine produced by the traditional method (bottle fermentation), made from 100% Feteasca Albă, an indigenous grape variety of Moldova. With no added sugar, this Pas Dosé cuvée is crisp, expressive, and naturally elegant.
Color and Aroma:
Its pale yellow hue with greenish reflections is bright and inviting. The nose reveals vibrant green apple, lime, and soft wildflower notes.
Taste:
Fresh and well-balanced on the palate, it shows fine acidity and a lingering almond finish. The mousse is delicate, enhancing the lively character of the wine.
Food Pairing Suggestions:
Ideal as an aperitif, but also perfect with fish dishes, seafood, and light pasta. Best enjoyed well chilled, at 4–6 °C.
